Planning And Building in the City of Chewelah

Over the years, Chewelah has perservered as unique community that has had the fortitude to never say never.    Community leaders have had dreams such as the airport, the golf course and a ski recreational area.   Those leaders planned and built and made Chewelah the destination spot that it is today.

The Planning and Building Departments work with developers as well as first time home owners to assure that progress in Chewelah is maintained at a high level.  If you have questions about zoning, building or planning codes, click here to review the Chewelah Municipal Code.   Forms and fees can also be accessed on this website.
